User account You must register as a member on the Website in order to shop, to use some services and to enjoy special promotions and activities. For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create several accounts, We reserve the right to suspend accounts without further notice. In accordance with Customs regulations customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, address and payers name should be valid. In certain countries the consignee may have to submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purpose. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide on the Website. Should any information be incorrect and prevent any shipment or deliveries or customs clearance, Seed Succeed will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases. Seed Succeed will always comply with the law, and We kindly remind users to do the same. As importers the customers are responsible to comply with all laws and regulations in their own countries. Ordering Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Seed Succeed will not accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. Likewise customers cannot benefit from any bugs or mistakes affecting the website. Any such benefits will be considered unjust and customers will be obliged to immediately waive them. The information displayed is considered as an invitation not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of the products offered on the Website, Seed Succeed may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Seed Succeed reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; therefore all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer. Order Cancelation Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times displayed on the Website refer to the estimated dispatch time of the packages. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Seed Succeed ‘s control We suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event that they wish to use their item for, such as a birthday, that they order their items well in advance. Seed Succeed cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience. There may be occasions when Seed Succeed confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot be supplied to you. In the event Seed Succeed cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, Seed Succeed will contact customers and offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase cost in full. We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and it is able to send your order either to your home or to your work place. We can ship to PO Boxes via all shipping methods, except for expedited shipping methods, as signatures are required upon delivery. Express shipments of this type can only be delivered to physical addresses. Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Pongal, Diwali, the Chinese Lunar New Year, the Black Friday and the 11/11 event please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions We will provide notices to reflect possible delays. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Seed Succeed cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Seed Succeed is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Seed Succeed cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs and is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. Seed Succeed can neither be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customers sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any. Kindly note that shipping guarantee does not cover any customs issues, including but not limited to, goods being destroyed or confiscated due to their illegal status in any given destination country. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process. All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. Seed Succeed cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case. If the address to which the package is sent to and other contact information are the correct address and contact information as provided by the customer, Seed Succeed cannot be held liable if a package is returned. Whatever the customer orders is what will be shipped. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order. All non-receipt of orders must be reported within 3 months from the date the item is shipped to you. This applies for flat rate shipping, priority mail and standard shipping methods. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the shipment date. After this time We will no longer be able to investigate and no compensation will be offered. Please note that this policy does not apply to packages sent via expedited shipping methods that are shown as delivered on the shipping company’s tracking website. Exchange and Returns (Money Back Guarantee) If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 10 days for refund (“money back guarantee”) on Select Products. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and must include, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and gifts, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer and Seed Succeed . You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders. Shipping back to Seed Succeed is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s own expense. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to Seed Succeed . Seed Succeed is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by Seed Succeed . Non-Returnable Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made. Digital Products are often non retunrnable or refundable. Product Descriptions While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If a key product specification is changed after you place an order or within seven days of delivery, you can cancel and return the order for a full refund. Storage of Contracts and Access Every contract will be stored for a period of three (3) years from the placement of the order. Customers can access their contracts, as well as the T&C in force at the time, during such term. Returns

Digital Products There is no returns; once you’ve seen the content an exchange has been made. But you can cancel your subscription any time. Physical Products We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship have successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections. Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic gadget experience while giving you total peace of mind. Most items sold by Seed Succeed are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties. If, in an unlikely situation you are not covered, please check our Warranty Exemptions and Notes below. 7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our support for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at Seed Succeed Store. Special Notes: Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 10MB for the support, please send larger attachments to: support@SeedSucceed .com 2. After Seed Succeed has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, Seed Succeed will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA , Seed Succeed will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted. 3. Product returns must be via one of Seed Succeed ’ approved shipping methods; our Support can provide you with further details. One Year Repair Warranty Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases. Note: Check the product page for exact warranty details on that product. Warranty Exemptions and Notes Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties. 2. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them. The customer voids the warranty if they: – Flash the firmware of a device or root a device – Open the body in an attempt to fix the device – Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product – Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for – Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage All returns must first be authorized by Seed Succeed ‘ Support Team prior to return. Please kindly refer to the following steps in ” How to a request warranty” below. For incomplete warranty requests, Seed Succeed reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Seed Succeed reserves the right to refuse any compensation. All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, Seed Succeed will offer an alternative solution. Special Notes: The shipping fee for returning the product back will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable except for in 7 day DOA situations. During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs during the items return to our warehouse. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount. Seed Succeed will by default resend the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable. In case of any misuse, any and all repairs, accessories and shipping fees, both ways, are fully the customer’s responsibility and are at their own expense. How to request warranty (return, repair and refund) If your item has an issue, please first submit a ticket to our Support. Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays: Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number). 2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue. 3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging. 4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting. NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above. Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package. For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays: Contact our Support with your order number and the product code (SKU number). Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received. Possible Solutions: – If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period. – If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Seed Succeed will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it. Other special product warranty This applies to: clothing, shoes, watches & jewelry, flashlights, phone and tablet accessories, drink ware, home gadgets, home decors, party supplies and home textiles. Returns for the above categories can only be accepted within 15-30 days from the date you received the item. This is for exchange or store credit only if they arrive damaged, faulty, or are the wrong item. Relevant merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact along with a completed RMA form. All Seed Succeed products are strictly quality controlled prior to dispatch. Due to their nature and intended usage, product categories including RC toys, scooters and wheels are subject to wear and tear through repeated use. As such, our 10 – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee relating to RC toys, scooters and wheels, only covers 7 Day DOA instances where the product does not work out of the box. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product carefully upon arrival. Returns for spare parts and accessories are not accepted. If you have received a faulty accessory or an accessory is missing, please contact our supportwithin 3 days of receiving your order. After this time frame or if an accessory has been misused, customers will need to purchase a replacement. Any products that are won or redeemed as part of an activity or competition (e.g. via a lucky draw) on Seed Succeed or any of our promotional channels are exempt from our Warranty and Returns policy. Returns and Compensation Process If you have any after sales issues, please contact our Support directly and they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to. This following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item. For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability. For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details: -Wallet refunds will take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your Seed Succeed account. -PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. -Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
